Work in Progress

Hi, my name is Colette and I came upon this site from a Face Book friends post.

Anyway, I have had a weight problem all my life. On one diet or another and nothing seems to work. I was on Weight Watchers and didn't lose much at all. I knew low carb was the way to go for me, so I started with Atkins and lost some. I stumbled upon Misty's site and started to devour all I could. I started to put the advice to work and have lost 20lbs on her program since August.

In total, I have lost 34lbs since February 2010. I am a work in progress, but I have never felt better eating this way. I feel a lot more energetic than I did maybe 4 months ago. I am still trying to work in coconut butter into my food plan. I did however, get some coconut and took the meat and dried that. I put a bit in my yogurt along with my blueberries and chia seeds.

I have answered many of your questions in the last couple of months and I have to say, you are a stellar student! Always open to ideas not quite mainstream and always taking it upon yourself to further your nutrition knowledge.

I must thank you for being so appreciative. This is my true passion in life and helping people like you gives me great satisfaction that what I am doing here is truly what I'm supposed to be doing.

I look forward to you sharing your before and after photos once you have reached goal!

I also understand that you are mentoring others and I believe that once you have tools that can help others, it is our duty so kudos for that as well!
