Tropical Delight Smoothie

The Tropical Delight Smoothie is one of my most popular!  I have great success introducing smoothies at health fairs and schools with this recipe. 

This particular smoothie is a bit higher in sugar so do be aware of who will be consuming  and as always, serve with some solid food or add additional fat and fiber to slow the glucose from entering the blood stream too quickly.

Some additions you might consider include chia seed, kale, coconut oil and/or an essential fatty acid oil like the Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend.

Though I promote this smoothie for children, it can also be converted into an adult "beach style" beverage. (Insert wink here)


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 scoop Jay Robb Whey Tropical Dreamsicle
