Triple Berry Blend Smoothie

The Triple Berry Blend Smoothie was designed as a low carb smoothie and a family friendly recipe. 

You can make a large batch of this and everyone will be coming back for more!  Since there are only berries in this recipe, it is a lower glycemic smoothie which is low carb friendly. 

Not everyone will be able to enjoy a smoothie with tropical fruit so this one is a hit with those watching their blood sugar. 


  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk or full fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • Directions:

    Blend and enjoy!
