After reading this list and struggling for so long to lose weight counting calories, I now understand why I have dry skin, don't feel good and can't lose more than about 20 pounds this whole year!

These are all foods that I have been avoiding and my weight watchers counselor told me that fat is unhealthy.

I tried this diet for one week and I've already lost 3 pounds and I'm not hungry!

Thank you thank you thank you for helping me feel better!!

Kelly, first congratulations on your successful weight loss.

There are some really great components to weight watchers yet, some out dated advice. Advice that has been monopolized by food companies and media.

The science of health, weight loss and vitality lie in that of nutrient dense foods.
