Snacking

Should I be snacking between my 3 meals.

I am up at 6 or 7 am to 12 pm or 1 am most nights.

My 3 meals a spread very widely.

What are some good choices for snacking on for the restricted phase 1?

Hello Tee

If practicing Phase I restricted, some nice snacks include beef jerky, olives, deviled eggs, and lunch meat roll ups that might include spring onions, pickles or an olive tapenade.
