Welcome to the Simple Recipes exchange. We would love for you to submit your recipes here. As I have mentioned, while I enjoy food, I don't necessarily enjoy developing recipes. I'm a throw it together kind of cook but have committed to working on some accurate measurements so I may share some of the lovely simple recipes my family and I have enjoyed on our healthy diet plan.

I love the interaction of all of us helping one another. Think about some of your favorites that helped to encourage and nourish you. We all have our special recipes that have delighted us and helped to ensure our success in this journey.

When submitting, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • All authors understand that their recipes may be copied and duplicated without the permission of myself or you though the content on this site may not be reproduced.
  • All recipes should be limited to the ingredients from our healthy food list.
  • Your recipe does not have to be elaborate, gourmet or 5 star dining quality. Everyone is just looking for great easy ideas.
  • Author agrees that should a recipe contain anything from our foods to avoid list I will modify it to conform to the recommendations of our philosophy to the best of my ability without altering taste or appearance.
  • Photos make your recipe more appealing! Please provide us with a photo of your master piece. If you don't have a photo, don't worry! Please share anyway.
  • You will not find nutrition information on any of my recipes. I do not track anything. I never have and I never will. I am at peace with my intuitive eating. There are many who love working numbers and seeing graphs. Should you decide to track your macro nutrients, check out the personal food journal below. You can enter a recipe and it will calculate for you.
  • All recipes are evaluated and published by me. I will work hard to post your recipe just as soon as I can usually within a 24 hour period.
