Hi Misty
I have been gradually reducing my Premarin since September since the Dr. found a build up in my brest tissue. I am wondering if there are any particular foods which might reduce the hot flashes I am having. As you know I do a Low Carb/Paleo diet.

So happy to hear about all your success.
All the best to you and your family.

Hi Joan!
I'm sure glad your Dr. is taking a look at the Premarin. A permanent discontinuance is a good idea. I know it can reduce your symptoms but there are plenty of herbals out there that can be beneficial.

My best advice to reduce the hot flashes are going to be Black Cohash and Vitex or Chaste Tree Berry. These tinctures in combination can be incredibly helpful for your hot flashes.

Foods that assist as well include of course your soy which I know you don't eat but flax can be helpful as well as citrus fruit for their bioflavanoids of which are phytoestrogenic.

Be well Joan!
