I have a SUPER picky eater in my home. He is 3 and hardly eats anything. He doesn't like to try new things. I considered Pediasure but when I saw the ingredients I didn't think it was the best choice.
I am trying to develop my own smoothies. What kinds of things do you think I can add to the smoothie to make is more nutritious?
