Your Paleo Diet food list should make it easier for you to navigate the grocery store, farmers market or local farmer.
Don't allow yourself to get caught up in the hype of food marketing. I worked at Whole Foods Market as a Healthy Eating Specialist for 2 1/2 years and I can tell you, I take pride in the fact that for that period of time I never gave in to the constant pressure of bakery cakes, bagels and assorted free food that was consistently landing in the break room. I'm no hero, I'm just a former fat girl who refuses to put that weight back on.
While "foraging" for your food supply, be sure to remember the rules as outlined in your Healthy Foods Page:
If you find locating sustainable items difficult in your local area, I have included some links that you should find helpful. Some are affiliates which help me maintain this website so thank you in advance should you choose to utilize these companies.
Be sure to print and take your list with you to the grocery store. This will prevent you from wandering aimlessly wondering what to purchase.
You can create literally thousands of meals with the choices of foods that I have provided you. Do yourself a favor and try something new each week. It will expand your palate and maintain momentum.
