Hi Colleen

I have used Miracle Noodles a couple of times. While they fill in for a pasta, they're not the same.

They have a much thinner, softer consistency than regular pasta.

Many are turned off by the initial smell when leaving the packaging. It carries a "fishy" smell.

Once rinsed, you just warm them up with your main dish.

I don't personally eat them now because I didn't see a benefit nor do I miss pasta at all. I would much prefer spaghetti squash.

The Miracle Noodle is made of yam starch which are different from the Shiritake Noodle which is soy.

Everyone is so different with taste that reviewing something like this can be difficult.
