Low carb chicken recipes are so versatile. I like to suggest my readers and clients have at least 4-6 pre-ccoked chicken breasts in the freezer at any given time. This can cut at 35-40 minutes off of your dinner prep and allow you to maintain a healthy low carb diet plan.

Choose quality poultry at the very least organic, and if you can, pastured. Generally speaking, you won't find pastured poultry in the grocery store. You must find a small farmer or visit your local farmers market.
