I'm eating the same foods is that ok?
Thank you for your web site. I have been following your phase I program for 3 weeks now and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I'm excited but I'm concerned because I'm not a great chef and I have been eating the same type of menu for the entire time. Is this okay or should I try to eat different foods. I eat a lot of eggs, steak, chicken, broccoli and salads. I use butter mostly as you suggest and your italian salad dressing. I just want to make sure I'm doing this healthy this time because I have yo yo dieted for more than 20 years.
