I'm eating the same foods is that ok?

Hi Misty
Thank you for your web site. I have been following your phase I program for 3 weeks now and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I'm excited but I'm concerned because I'm not a great chef and I have been eating the same type of menu for the entire time. Is this okay or should I try to eat different foods. I eat a lot of eggs, steak, chicken, broccoli and salads. I use butter mostly as you suggest and your italian salad dressing. I just want to make sure I'm doing this healthy this time because I have yo yo dieted for more than 20 years.

Thank you for your question! As long as you are consuming the nutrient requirements that your body needs you're doing just fine! I often eat the same menu weekly. In fact, I've been enjoying my Breakfast Smoothie for 8 years consistently now. The reason I feel so good about it? I feel good. Don't forget to use the food journal tool every once in a while to calculate your intake and work to improve your nutrition all while learning exactly what your body can take. You may need to shake things up a bit if you stall but if you're continuing to lose, have plenty of energy and feel good? Keep up the good work!! Congrats on your losses thus far!
