This hormone balancing smoothie has proven to reduce many symptoms related to hormone dysregulation.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Can coconut milk
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 raw egg yolks
  • 1 Tbs. raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tsp. maca root powder
  • 2000IU vitamin d3 drops
  • 1 scoop (150mcg) kelp powder
  • 1 Tbs. Gelatin
  • 1 Tsp. Udo's 3-6-9 oil blend
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup frozen berries
  • 2 stalks kale or chard or both
