Fat Burning Soup Diet

I have designed my own "Fat Burning Soup Diet" based on the request of my clients. In my quest for something simple and as a "kick start" to fast weight loss, the following has proven quite successful.

Many clients who have come to me have stated that they think they need to cleanse due to poor dietary habits.

In my studies and based on experience, I have learned that the average person coming off of the Standard American Diet needs more of a "building diet" than that of a "cleansing diet". When the majority of our food supply has been devoid of nutrients, the body is suffering from the very real phenomenon over fed and under nourished

I have designed a Fat Burning Soup Diet that eliminates cravings, hunger, irritability and actually builds muscle all while losing fat.

The original soup diets claim to be cleansing which is I'm sure fairly accurate but if you're anything like me, one day without some form of animal protein and/or fat and I'm a cognitive wreck. These soup diets were never sustainable for someone like me who suffers blood sugar lows, reduced cognitive function and energy if I'm not fueling myself properly.

The following fat burning soup diet can be followed for an extended length of time and can be consumed as frequently as you find necessary.

Recipe:

Try to use organic ingredients for optimum nutrition

  • Bone Broth to fill 1/2 Stock Pot half way to the top
  • (You can use a boxed broth but I prefer the beneficial healing qualities of a true homemade bone broth)
  • 3 White Onions
  • 6 Cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 4-6 Tomatoes Chopped or 2 15 oz. Cans
  • 4 Carrots, Sliced in rounds
  • 1 Head Cabbage Chopped
  • 2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Parsley or Cilantro or both
  • 6 Grilled Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Fill stock pot with vegetables, add enough bone broth to cover and simmer on medium/high for approximately 10 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer until vegetables are as soft as you enjoy. Add chopped, grilled or baked chicken cubes about 5 minutes prior to finish.

Dish soup and add 1 tbs. of coconut oil.The benefits of coconut oil are many and can actually increase your metabolism due to the activity of the Medium Chain Triglycerides.

I encourage you to use a variety of meats, egg or seafood that you enjoy. We should be consuming some variety and of course you need Omega 3's. I love grass fed ground beef and stew meats in my soup. You might consider making the vegetable base and leaving out the animal proteins until serving. This allows you the ease of just scrambling a couple of eggs for your own "egg drop" fat burning soup.

You may even enjoy a creamed type soup by adding 1/2 cup of coconut milk to your soup. Again, the thermogenic properties of coconut are amazing for dieters. Why do my clients enjoy my Fat Burning Soup Diet? The following points have been documented:

  • Fast Weight Loss
  • One Easy Prep Day that Lasts for several days
  • No Hunger
  • No Decision Making
  • Fuels Workouts
  • No Weighing, Measuring or Limitation
  • Safe for the entire family
  • Tasty!

While the premise is different from the original, this diet can be practiced for extended periods due to the addition of fat and protein.

I consider my soup a protein sparing diet. After all, that's the ultimate goal right? Burn fat, build muscle...

If you're trying to fuel and replace glycogen after a heavy work out, some add sweet potatoes to their soup or on the side.

If you're practicing the Perfect Health Diet or the Resistant Starch Theory, you can add 1 cup of white rice or potato per bowl daily for PHD or up to 4tbs. of potato starch daily to accommodate RST.

I hope you have the awesome results others have reported on this very easy "kick start" to fat loss with my fat burning soup diet.
