Cocoa Berry Smoothie

This cocoa berry smoothie recipe was developed by friend and fellow low carber, Tammy.  Inspired by a love of Wendy's frosties,this decadent and filling treat and can be used as a meal replacement. It's perfect for the summertime!With just a few moments of prep work one day weekly, your smoothies can be ready in a snap with Tammy's trick!  I am so appreciative that she shared her recipe with us!

Ingredients: I suggest pre-blending both the coconut milk and berries together and make small ice cubes for a stress free morning on your way out the door! Blend and enjoy This is very thick and the coconut ice cubes make it so rich, smooth and creamy. You'll never miss a Wendy's frosty again!
