Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

This chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie is so decadent you will think you're sipping a gourmet dessert drink!

As a treat or main meal, this is the one smoothie you just might have a little issue with portion control and subsequent cravings. 

I sure hate to put warnings on my recipe but if you landed here because you're a food addict, welcome to my world!  If we aren't cognizant of our triggers, we never conquer them. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk, chilled
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 banana, frozen and peeled
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tbs. shaved 85% cocoa


  • Directions:

    Add milk, peanut butter, protein powder, frozen banana and ice to blender. Blend until smooth.

    Sprinkle chocolate shavings over top and serve.
