Can Hypo Thyroid mean you may have to eat higher carbs to lose?
Misty I have been low carbing for months and I have lost 20 pounds and I have alot to lose. I keep going up and down a couple pounds. I have actually been following a strick Atkins 72 just because its pretty cut and dry.
I measure a tbs of heavy cream for my coffee in the mornings. Today it just hit me. Maybe my body needs more carbs to lose in the form of veggies only.
I have a sister that isnt anything like me but loses better on higher carb, could I be so lucky?
I am afraid to try it because I dont want to go backwards. Whats your opinion on this?
I just feel when a person needs to lose 100 I should be losin at a little faster rate even if I am 53. Thanks Debbie
