Breakfast Green Smoothie Recipe

(No Dairy)

Serves one person:

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

  • 2 Brazil Nuts

  • 1 Tbs Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 Tbs Flax Seeds

  • 1 Tbs Hemp Seeds or 1 Tbs Hemp Protein Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil

  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach

  • 1/2 Cup Ice


  • Blend in Vitamix. This smoothie lasts me until lunch time.
