Berries and Cream Smoothie

Who doesn't love berries and cream?  Whip it up as a smoothie and it becomes a breakfast, snack or dessert!

This creamy treat is a favorite in our household. 

The heavy whipping cream not only keeps you satisfied for hours, but you almost feel like you are drinking a berry milkshake!

What better way to diet or treat the family quickly and efficiently with this creamy, healthy smoothie!

For this recipe I personally prefer the egg yolk over protein powder.  It really does give it that milk shake feel.


  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • (my personal favorite is raspberries)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powderor 2 egg yolks

  • Directions:

    Blend and enjoy! Top with fresh berries for effect and a taste of natures goodness.
