Beginner 3 Ingredient Smoothie

This beginner smoothie will be an easy introduction to the world of smoothies. With only 3 ingredients, this one can be made in a snap!

Once this goes down easily, you can advance to one of the other recipes that contain more ingredients as well as green leafy veggies. 

Ingredients: Directions: Add wet ingredients to a magic bullet or blender, add protein powder and blend. This is a great blend and go shake if you're in a hurry, post work out, or a great after school snack the kids will love! After reviewing several different whey protein powders, I have had favorites and they generally include whey from Grassfed Cows not treated with hormones or antibiotics as well, micro filtered. There is a lot of junk on the market and remember your healthy food rules regarding high heat processing of dairy! Oxidized cholesterol is dangerous cholesterol.
