Beginner Green Smoothie

The beginner green smoothie has a nice mild flavor yet your greens are there for additional nutrition.  It is sometimes difficult to obtain your allotment of vegetables during the day and a green smoothie can assist you without feeling like a rabbit chewing lettuce all day! 

You can usually sneak this one into the kids too but always be sure to introduce them to spinach first as it is less bitter than other greens. 


  • 1/2 Cup Full Fat Plain Yogurt, Raw Milk, Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil
  • Blend and enjoy!
