Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Who can refuse a banana peanut butter smoothie?  It is one of the best flavor combinations I have ever had. 

Add a little cocoa to this and I'm a happy girl! 

Be cautious with peanuts and peanut butter because this allergy can be devastating. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut, almond, raw milk or full fat plain yogurt
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter, chunky or smooth
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

Blend and enjoy!
