Asian Chicken Salad by Paula Deen

4 cooked boneless chicken breasts
1 1/4 c canned bean sprouts
1 1/2 c snow peas
1/4 c chopped scallions
1/4 c vegetable oil
5 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 c celery
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts drained

Mix all together and serve chilled.
