Almond Protein Smoothie

The almond protein smoothie is packed with monounsaturated fats, fiber, antioxidants and a nice dose of Vitamin E. 

This smoothie is a lighter version than some of the other recipes so don't expect this one to keep you full as long as some of the others. 

You might consider eating a hard boiled egg with this one or use it as a post work out snack. 

Either way, if you love almonds, you will love this recipe!


  • ½ cup almond milk, chilled
  • 1 tbs. almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 10 almonds-optional
  • ½ cup ice
