But from all that may be known about basic inborn individuality … it seems clear that the amount of individuality we would possess if we were all born with exactly the same detailed equipment would be puny, indeed, compared with the individuality we actually possess.

My name is Misty and I'm just a former fat girl who eventually lost 85 pounds of additional weight and became a holistic nutrition educator.

This website is both a personal and professional journey for me.  While discovering my own food allergies and managing a wicked case of food addiction during weight loss, I needed a place to share and this is it.
